Dishonest and basically fraud
Switch and bait with much cheaper units from what is advertised and you will not be compensated for any of the difference, I was literally charged about $200 per night over what their advertised rate is for the same apartment by a third party and nobody takes any credit for the false advertising. They also lie and will cheat you. AVOID this company at all costs.

Cancellation and no follow up
Hosteeva cancelled my reservation and then when I tried to talk to a manager, Rodney, about it, he never called me back. I tried him at least 20 times and he didn't have the curtesy to call back.
Such bad business. I would suggest never using them - so many other better supportive companies like this!

Do not do business with this company.
They issued me a Covid credit that did not expire. I even still have the email to prove it.
They emailed me without warning and expired the credit. I have spoken with them and gotten nowhere. They did let me speak to someone higher, but then he emailed me and said the "higher ups" have decided not to honor it. Now I am unable to get past the supervisor of the customer service rep on the phone and this other person seems to be ignoring my messages.
I realize this experience may not be indicative of the way they conduct business all the time.
Covid was an unusual occurrence to say the least. But, to not stand behind a credit issued with no expiration date is not acceptable customer service, so I would be leary of how they conduct business.

Verified ReviewerVoucher not being honored
I have in my posession, a travel voucher in the amount of $447.63 sent from one of your agents. The voucher states, quote, "this voucher does not have an expiration date".
When I called to book I was told the voucher had expired a few months ago. I emailed your agent a copy of the voucher and also spoke to a supervisor. They state they are sorry that customers were not contacted but nothing they can do. I am appalled that Hosteeva would null and void a voucher with no expiration date, without letting customers know in advance to give us a chance to book!
I would like to talk to a manager about this issue.
If I do not hear anything from anybody, I will contact the Better Business Bureau with a formal complaint. Bonnie Macpherson
