Unreachable staff

guess what?!

you cannot submit a ticket or request for help - I'm willing to submit my US passport and driver license - no way to reach them and to recover control over my domain and email etc

Can't get any help all day and no service all day, don't know if this is going to work for me, sense you took my money and still haven't given me my service, so I can't start designing my site.

Usually I don't bother to write reviews, but for sake of helping other people to avoid scams, I'm doing so.

I've a reseller accounts with different host providers, and needed to switch for a better services, signed up with HostBlast about a week a go, and all I was facing is troubles since then, even for a simple issue (WordPress App installer) wasn't available in my account, I opened many urgent support tickets, they take ages to respond with unconvincing robotics replies, and never solve a problem.

Eventually, I asked for account cancelation and refund, they don't even bother to respond to that cancelation opened ticket!

It's a total scam .. avoid them.

No email

My email went down 3 weeks ago and I cannot get anybody to fix it. I've been sending two to three tickets a day and they just ignore me.

It has been a horrible experience with a horrible company. Get a different host
