I have never encountered such a poor customer service response. I should have known better as most of their products are plastic.Bought a Y splitter to handle 2 hoses from one spigot. Within 2 months it literally fell off in 2 pieces. K Mart wont exchange over 30 days....

I have the same problem and can't get it off the silcox and I can't use my hose because the thumb control is locked on the faucet.
