Ride FAILED to show up AT ALL today even though I had a confirmed time for them to arrive

I feel that this was very, very unprofessional of them because despite many calls to their company and promises of time they were going to arrive. They never showed up at all to bring me home from a medical appointment. So I suggest to the rest of the general public do not call or attempt to use these people as your ride isnt gonna come for you.

Pissed, company need to train their drivers
- - Driver not trained to assist a wheelchair user; pushed father off the porch, injuring shoulder and damaging wheelchair; insurer unresponsive.
My father is a Vietnam veteran who recently had a stroke and needed to use this company transportation to go to his follow up appointment. They sent a driver that isn't trained to assist someone in a wheelchair.
My father was strapped into his wheelchair, as the driver tried to take my father off the porch, he literally pushed my father forward off the porch injuring my father. Again, he was strapped into his wheelchair and with that being said the wheelchair was on top of my father flipped forward onto his shoulder. Which caused injury to his rotator cuff and bending his new wheelchair.
I have called the insurance company to file a complaint and I have not heard back from this company nor his insurance company. This review would be a zero but I couldn't proceed without marking

LIES!!!
- - Janay Coles had no one show up for two scheduled rides.
- - They say she claimed a driver was there and called, which never happened.
Janay Coles never had anyone show up to either of my 2 scheduled
rides and then had the nerve to tell the company that she works for
that a driver was here both times and called both times--IT NEVER
HAPPENED!!! MADE ME MISS TWO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS!!
Also, on Google Reviews, Mannie Smith is one of her made up names,
most of the other 5 Star Reviews probably are also. AND, Alaina Wilson
and Lynette Wilson are her sisters!!

They have always shown up for me and I am in no way shape or form related to them. I cannot say enough good things about Horton Coles.
I'm sorry you seem to have had a bad experience but I'm here to level the playing field. I generally use them 5 days a week for medical transportation.
Periodically I am assigned to somebody else through my insurance company. I have had issues with a number of other companies not showing up but H/C shown up promptly 100% of the time.
I think my documented transcripts about Horton Coles Transportation AKA Janay Coles posted on several websites without an explanation, comment or apology from her speaks volumes, as does your anonymity.
