No fault of Hortology. I just put an enquiry in to this thread by mistake.
It was to confirm a delivery date on an indoor tree I bought from Hortology.
So far staff have been very professional and helpful. Thank you.

Professional and friendly
The representative understood my issue immediately and maintained a friendly attitude even when I had trouble finding some of the information she needed. There was no difficulty made with regard to my request and the issue was resolved quickly and amicably.
