I'd like to be mailed room coupons & RECIEVE free play vouchers as they used to offer, So free play & room vouchers.It's been 10 + yrs since I've heard from anyone down there or received offers via mail or email.

There is SO much to say about the visit I had to Horseshoe-Tunica. The staff were awful. They accused us of doing things that we did not do, and they would not check the cameras. They harassed us, threatened to ban us from any Caesar Casino, tried to kick us out of our room, threatened to tase us, wouldn't refund our $100 deposit, and the list can go on and on. I addressed my concerns while there, with no resolution. I have tried to contact the headquarters with no resolution.

User's recommendation: DON'T EVER GO TO HORSESHOE IN TUNICA!!!
