Jackpot winners drawing today or tomorrow
I hit jackpot first week n half in Sept 2022. Got money and w2s.
No one bothered to inform me that I needed to come bck the next weekend n bring w2 to enter a drawing for money or free money okay giveaway. No one siad a word and in going partially blind. Hard to see. I remember I saw a thing on wall in the way out on 9/11/22 .
Couldn't read or see it well. Thought it said to come ck the 2nd weekend. Called first. Took 4 diff departments to find out..
drawing passed. Last weekend. So of course I was t told of it when I won n not being able to see on way out n read it.. I missed the date by one weekend.
I've been member down there since later 90s early 200s
0s.when all first opened. Usedd to play big. Come down all the time wo. Alot of lil jackpots all these yrs.
Was rewards member etc. Used to get offers in mail for free play or discount room stay etc over weekends . As the yrs have passed. They don't mail anything to anyone anymore..
room stays, discounts, coupons for play as they used to .. TODAY THEY SEND NOTHING & Have SENT NOTHING FOR YRS. ID LIKE TO BE PUT BXK ON PROMOTION MAILING LIST AS I ONCE WAS.. MY INFO IS.

Preferred solution: I'd like to be mailed room coupons & RECIEVE free play vouchers as they used to offer, So free play & room vouchers.It's been 10 + yrs since I've heard from anyone down there or received offers via mail or email.

NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME!
No one has been in contact with me.
I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO CONTACT ME!!!
There is SO much to say about the visit I had to Horseshoe-Tunica. The staff were awful.
They accused us of doing things that we did not do, and they would not check the cameras. They harassed us, threatened to ban us from any Caesar Casino, tried to kick us out of our room, threatened to tase us, wouldn't refund our $100 deposit, and the list can go on and on.
I addressed my concerns while there, with no resolution. I have tried to contact the headquarters with no resolution.
