Bad experience at the horseshoe casino.
I was playing the slots and decided to take a quick break to grab a drink since the service was taking forever. I was only gone for a few minutes, but when I returned, a drunk woman had taken over my slot machine, even though my wife was watching it for me.
She removed my ticket and started playing with her own money. I tried to seek help from security, but instead of assisting me, I was escorted out. It's clear that they didn't care about respecting me as a player, and it felt like they unfairly targeted me because of my ethnicity.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. They don't support the Latinos here.
User's recommendation: Avoid this place, really no respect.

Sorry to hear that I totally agree with you I’m a regular customer I go 2 or 3 times a week. It’s really sad how they treat some people there and give preference to the black community. So my friends if you not black stay away from Horseshoe casino they are very racial to other ethnic.
You don't own the slot machine.. You walked away.
