I cant believe the coffeemakers are no longer in every room. When we made our reservation I told them we would like an upper floor overlooking the water and downtown Shreveport, late checkout and a coffeemaker.

The front check-in desk couldnt care less if you have a coffeemaker or not. I also spoke to a supervisor and she said they didnt have one available but as empty as the casino was I know they didnt have all of the rooms full, they could have gotten one out of a room on the 20th-26th floor. We like to drink coffee in our room before we go downstairs to eat breakfast at The 8oz. Burger Bar.

The Horseshoe has gone down after Covid. Unfortunately we have all lost family and friends to Covid but it doesnt need to be a scapegoat for everything for ever. Unfortunately the Horseshoes customer service level went way down when Frank Hoffman and Dolly Wood quit. Customer service has gone to *** all over America after Covid.

Also they should have left the coffee shop there instead of the stinking fish, seafood market. It smells, stinks all the way to the casino.

Preferred solution: Coffeemaker’s need to be brought back to every room.
