. 17wsm ammunition
My name is steve .i shoot a lot of .17wsm ammunition. I have tried to purchase more of this ammunition but there is none in the uk .have you discontinued it ?
If so i will have to have the rife destroyed as will thousands of uk shooters using .17wsm. Look forward to your reply regards Steve

Replacement of older model.
I purchased a Lock N Load auto powder charger. It just would not throw a consistent measurement.
Finally called customer service. So wish I could remember the techs name. Anyway he sent me brand new Lock N Load Pro.
No charge and with a FedEx return slip no charge.
I have started using the new one that arrived today. Could not be happier.

Question on the Hornady sonic 2l
I purchased the Hornady Sonic cleaner 2L and would like to know what the process is after the process is done. Do I need to lube the gun after?
What about the internal parts?

Inquiry on when ammo will be available
Unable to locate any lever evolution ammo in 308 marlin express. Have sought it out at all locations locally and on line nationally and no one as it.
It is a favored round for myself in concert with the Marlin rifle in that chambering. I want to know what your company (which has always been highly respected) intends to do about filling the shelves with this particular load.

Poor customer support for press parts.
Have a LnL AP and need a new primer feed slide spring, there is no spare parts list on the website, and I cannot call the help desk. Other press brands have online parts purchase why not Hornady? Not good enough.

Inquiry on when ammo will be available
Wish to know when the lever evolution in 308 marlin express 160 gr will begin to be seen on shelves. I have had extremely good results with it for whitetails.
I need it!! I find it to be great ammo. Please get rolling on making it.

I was looking for obsolete parts for an apex 3.1 loader, The parts I needed were different than what was on the diagram. The orders desk was fantastic past me to technical support who completely understood what I was looking for who sent me back to customer order staff Who knew exactly what I was looking for after tech support told them, got the parts ordered could not be happier A++ !!

They have decided to use all/most of the brass that they have total control of for their own ammunition leaving the market starved
Nothing has happened and I never expected to hear from them. When they announced their new caliber m, the 6mm ARC, many people built guns for that caliber.
Since they have complete rights for the distribution of their patented caliber brass, they have kept all/most of that brass for making their own ammunition.
They charge $45.95 for 20 rounds of their ammo in that caliber.
I have had orders for 100 pieces of brass with 6 different companies for 69 weeks now. It is never available and the only way to obtain any brass in that caliber is to purchase their ammo made by them, shoot them and then refurbish those cases.
If those cases were available, the cost would be ~$0.50 each. To obtain them by purchasing 20 round boxes of their loaded ammunition. The net cost for each case in Michigan comes to $2.38 each.
Hornady is just about the most innovated company in shooting sports.
The 6mm ARC was announced with reviews in all shooting periodicals over 1 1/2 years ago and all the components were available soon after that.
I built a rifle for that caliber and used the best components available. I have over $2,000 invested in a rifle that can only shoot ammunition made by Hornady.
They do take out ads in the periodicals that pertain to shooting informing everyone that they are doing all they can to make components like brass cases available to the shooting public.
Checking all 6 suppliers every week to insure my orders are still on the books takes a lot of my time, especially for 69 weeks in a row.
User's recommendation: Wait until brass cases are available before buying a rifle in 6mm ARC if you want to develop your own loads.

*** poor quality
Almost two days later now. Hornady promised 2 days ago to notify me that day to verify or not if they were mailing out my order.( they said my product was in stock but it may already be spoken for). So far guess what, crickets..I will continue to update......
Sent back 2 boxes of 00 buckshot that was 20k plus out of spec. Two weeks later still no response.
Called them again to see if they sent my corrected product back. Said they had product in stock and would send it out today if it wasn't already spoken for. Looks like getting new product out takes precedent over correcting quality control issues.
I will follow up soon to let you know if hornady took this serious or not. So far it has been not

Resolved: Lack of any CUSTOMER SERVICE
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I called the company for the fourth time and explained I was calling from the pissed consumers website and I had posted what I have I immediately received a floor supervisor and 3 Days later a new set of replacement dies appeared at my house it's still ridiculous to have to do that just to get something that was defective fixed or replaced my opinion.
Update December 14th I contacted Hornady for the fourth time I explained I was calling from pissed consumer.com and told them my situation I was given to the department manager and they are to be sending me a brand new die to replace my defective one today I did not receive this kind of action until I told them my call was from pissed consumer will update once the die arrives hopefully very soon!
I lubed up a few more casings and on the 4th casing the decappiing pin broke off again, as I took the die apart to inspect it I noticed that the entire inside neck resizing, decappiing assembly is actually bent. I also found out that none of the brass I did full length resizing will even chamber in my rifle. I have contacted Hornady's alleged customer service not once or twice, but 3 times and was told I would receive a return printable label via email the first 2 times, and by USPS the 3rd time that has been weeks ago.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will never purchase anything else from their company.
Preferred solution: Just exchange the die that is defective with a new one so I can reload ammo, or just refund my money and I will purchase another brand

Trying to get a answer about my reloading dies that are new
After my first call that I told them I was calling from pissed consumer website I got the department manager and received a new die set in the mail 4 days later and they don't want my old damaged die back!
