Bad set of tires
- - Crossmax CHTS-1 tires for a Honda CRV with a 60,000-mile warranty.
- - After 25,272 miles, one tire had no tread, two had 4/32, and one had 2/32.
I purchased a set of the crossmax CHTS-1 tires for me Honda CRV. The warranty was 60,000 miles.
After 25,272 miles one of the tires had no tread whatsoever. Two of the tires had only 4/32 tread left and the other tire had 2/32 tread left. I turned this into corporate to get some reimbursement. They said I didnt have enough information to process my claim.
I sent them the information I had. I addressed all they said I needed to submit but unfortunately Wal mart had disposed of the tires so I could not get pictures they wanted but I did have a picture of the worse tire which I sent to them. These tires did not even get half the 60,000 miles claimed.
I am so disappointed in this company. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Bad tire

After purchasing a crossmax tires through walmart.com, one has a knot on the sidewall...warranty says 60000 miles and ive maybe put 5000 on the tire and only wanted to warranty it out for a replacement; however, Walmart says it's through another seller on their marketplace, the "other seller" says its a manufacturer issue, and now, finally, after attempting to contact the Tire manufacturer, I can't reach anyone or a working number!?!?! Poor choice of product on my part...I'd be leary of "crossmax tires" youll have no customer service after purchase!
