After several jugs of homogenized milk went bad before use by date I changed to Horizon 1/2 gallon cartons Organic and have had not one go bad and it taste great last longer in fridge.

Out of 4 half gals. purchased from a Walmart, one was sour.
Just odd. Not out of date. Notified Horizon. They took all identifying numbers, will track it down.
Sending me some coupons. Cant really do any better than that for customer service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Normally Horizon products are fantastic but when we purchased some not up to par product, their customer service department was helpful, accommodating, and as fantastic as their products. No complaints with the products or the service from these customers. We are fans and will continue to be.

Horizon organic whole Milk horrible taste
Today i purchase a gallon of Horizon Organc whole milk in smart and final, I got home and I served myself (7 months pregnant) and my 3 year old daughter a glass of milk like usual and it tasted horrible either spoiled/rotten it feels horrible to think my 3 year old drank this. Who can I contact?, regarding this issue. I have been a loyal customer of all horizon organic products for years this is milk today was terrible.
Horizon Organic DHA Omega-3 organic milk smells like fish
Horizon Organic DHA Omega-3 organic 2% milk on a box says "no fish oils" but when I preheat milk or will add to a hot coffee it smells like fish.
My 4 years old son almost puked when tried it. Glad that my pregnant wife just tried little bit.
Not nice to tell customers that there is no fish oils involved when little bit of chemistry and all goes up (oil).
I just throw away 3 boxes of that milk which I bought at Sam's Club. I was buying that milk on daily basis for 4 years - till now. Never again!
