No customer service, no response to repeated attempts at contact

I placed an order at the beginning of January and was charged immediately. I attempted to contact them after two weeks via email (the only option on their website) to get an update as the website said the products I ordered were in stock at time of order. I never received a response. I attempted to contact them again in March to cancel and again received no response. Days later I received a notice that my order shipped. I emailed them a third time and received no response. Now I have excessively overpriced masks I have no use for. Do not order from this company.

Paid for mask and COVID test never either please return my money. The bank is investing

MdPaid for items never receive supply order. Reported to fraud department I hope they shut you down.

Never Received My Order

Hope Health Supply - Never Received My Order
I ordered masks more than a month ago and never received my order. They didn't forget to charge my credit card though. They are also impossible to reach, there's no phone number, only email that generates automatic response.

Have not received order, credit card was charged

Placed an order for KN95 masks on 1/9/22, so far we have not received the order and our credit card was charged when the order was placed. Have sent 3 emails to the hello@***.com however have not received a response. 800 line says to send an email, no one answers 800 line,

User's recommendation: Would not recommend ordering from this company.

Order not delivered and don’t want to refund me my money back.

I made a purchase almost a month ago. I contacted the merchant to get a refund, because the order never came. Not only they didnt refund me my money. They refuse to even respond to my emails. My Afterpay is showing I have one payment remaining, but I havent received the order. I dont believe this is right..
