Sales Dept/Manager

I agreed to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership via an internet ad. Then some barely understandable Spanish speaking gal calls me and proceeds to talk at me instead of listening to my questions. Some questions she can't answer, others like whether or not an out of state resident has to pay South Carolina tax, she says yes and then 15 seconds later says no. All I wanted to know was whether or not their $551 dealer fee included the fees and charges by another state for title, tag, and registration. The Spanish speaking employee did not know the difference between a tax and a fee charged by states for registration and title, etc. When I agreed on the price with the internet salesperson I said I would pay in full by certified/bank check. The Spanish speaking gal, whom I could barely understand, states promptly on the phone she needs my identifying info to run a credit check in order to finance! I tell her I just need to work with someone else to complete the transaction. Then the extremely rude and obnoxious Sales Mgr. calls me back and loudly states what we have supposedly agreed to. When I try to ask him questions or let him know about the behavior of his employee and how that can affect his customers he constantly interrupts, refuses to listen, and then says "we're not going to sell this vehicle to you, you can go buy it somewhere else"! And this a vehicle that has sat on their lot for 5 months since being purchased at auction. Fair warning: never do business with Hoover Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Monck's Corner , South Carolina. Overall the most incompetent group of employees at an automobile dealership I've ever encountered. Absolutely no understanding of customer service, critical thinking skills, or problem solving skills.
