I'd rate -10 if I could
Billed us $1,188 without prior notice. Only option is service ticket or chat for support, but it appears to be only bot responses.
No humans. No phone number.
Will be notifying our bank that the charge is fraudulent. DO NOT USE HOOTSUITE!

I was billed on my personal credit card without consent despite not using the account because I'm no longer with the corporate holder of the account. The corporate holder made me redundant several months earlier. Hootsuite's customer service via online and email simply does not respond.

They do nothing
They wont let you add anything to your acct, cancel acct and charge over $1200!!! Do not use this company.

This website sucks! The worst UI, impossible to find the profile, impossible to delete an account and constant emails that you can't unsubscribe from. Don't use it!!!
