Billed my credit card without consent

I was billed on my personal credit card without consent despite not using the account because I'm no longer with the corporate holder of the account. The corporate holder made me redundant several months earlier. Hootsuite's customer service via online and email simply does not respond.

This website sucks! The worst UI, impossible to find the profile, impossible to delete an account and constant emails that you can't unsubscribe from. Don't use it!!!
