Poor customer service

Dont do busines with them as a buyer or seller

They lack the knowledge as something simple as the buyer can pay all the closing costs if put into the contract, took over 2 weeks to get my earnest money back, makes me wonder why, did they have the funds to repay me? Usually you just walk in receive the check and leave with any other realtor. It seemed like they were more interested in getting the price raised up as high as possible for their pay day, instead of the interest of the buyer. The owner, and his realtor which was hoosier realty as well, knew of defects in the house and didnt disclose them on the full discloser form, it was marked as "unknown" even though they fully well knew the working condition of it.

I WOULD RUN FROM ANY HOUSE LISTED WITH HOOSIER Realty THEIR REALTORS & Broker DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE & EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION & People SKILLS!

Waited several months to get a deal done & had no luck! walked away & bought/Closed on a home with an experienced realtor from another agent in 30 days!
