Paid almost $20 US dollars and I still did not receive merchandise as promised. Was a very special moment/day and I had no gift! I really didnt have the money to pay for extra delivery.

I am pissed because I even paid extra to guarantee it. They can't even bother to make themselves available to rectify the situation.
