Having reached a limit falsely. I did not listen to 10 books this month. I incorrectly downloaded a few books by mistake but returned them immediately. Libby is much better. Not sure what else to say other than I wish to be reinstated

They messed upMy account

I am doing only audiobooks, I accidentally got music and one book! I only do audiobooks so the two I got were on accident and they count as 7 for the month. You should be able to return something right away when you don't want it!

I can't log in

I can not log in to my acct. You could call me or I could call you, heres my cell number (209)253-**** My email is chayoc75@***.com Can you help me resolve this problem please. I would love to be able to use my hoopla app. Can you send me a temporary password to log in them I could change it shortly after. Thank you in advance
