I can't get my money out of the wallet
I can't get my money out of the wallet I didn't ask for my money to go into a wallet canceled an item and they automatically put my money in our wallet that I can't get my money back out of there's no customer service agent to speak to over the fold or over messaging so I don't recommend it for anyone

I can't receive my money
I can't get my money out of my wallet and I didn't ask for my money to be put in a wallet in the first place I cancelled something I was trying to buy so instead of them sending my money back to my bank account they put my money in a wallet that I can't get my money out of so I think that's service is poor I'm unacceptable
