Hong Kong...Phooey!

I decided to treat myself to Chinese food from "Hong Kong" restaurant on Big Bethel Rd. Under the "Chef Specialties" menu, I ordered 'Seafood Wor Bar' at the price of $10.50 and a Shrimp Egg Roll. This is their description of the dish: Lobster meat, King Crab meat, Shrimp, Scallop w/mixed veg. served with sizzling rice. (I only now realize, the rice was plain white rice, nothing sizzling going on.) After paying close to $15 for my meal, I get home only to find one piece of "Lobster Meat" about the size of my thumb. This can't be, there's got to be more in here! I pour the entire container into a larger dish in search of more Lobster; there is none. The "King Crab Meat" is imitation crab or lobster meat and it's chewy and tasteless. I took (tried to) one small *** of the lobster; it's not even fresh, it's old and tough. I didn't bother with the rest of it because now I'm angry! I call, the same guy answers the phone and I tell him my complaints. First thing he says is "Yes, there is only one piece of lobster in the dish." I say, it's not even a whole piece; it's not fresh, etc.,. I then start about 'false advertising' because of the imitation crab meat when the menu says, King crab. He agrees that it is 'imitation' but says, "that's how the dish is made." I tell him, I know the difference between real King crab and this ***. The menu shouldn't say it's one thing if it's another at the price it's selling for. This guy went on to ask if I've ever had it before, if I had it from there, then points out that there are scallops and shrimp, which it's supposed to have anyway, so what's his point? I'm trying to keep a civil tone but it's not working. So I say I'm disgusted with this meal and to make an even sillier conversation short, he eventually said he'd give my money back. They definitely need a new "Chef." You can guarantee, I'll never go there again and will tell all my friends and neighbors about this horrible dish. They are trying to deceive the public who may not know the difference between real King crab and imitation or who may just let it go but I'm not paying for genuine to get imitation anything...EVER.

I can't believe this place is still open. So much for the health departments interest.

They have food stored in an upright refrigerator along with the soda's right in the front of the place. Any one who still eats at the place is puttinf their health in jeopardy!
