Checking on a item I returned
I had returned an item in July but failed to use the return option available from Honeylove. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and put the item back in the bag and asked someone to put in the mail for me. When I returned home a month later I realized I had not received the item. I called customer service today 8/21/2023, told them of my problem. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient and professional. She handled my request in a very timely manner.
