Verified ReviewerDisappointing Experience with Slow Service and Unclear Shipping
I had a very disappointing experience with HoneyBug. A friend generously ordered a gift for my baby through them, but it never arrived.
She then sent me a gift card instead, which I appreciated but even using that was difficult. I spent hours trying to place an order because the checkout page kept telling me the items were not available, with no clear explanation. Eventually, that was resolved, but the process was frustrating. I placed my order two weeks ago I still have not received it.
There is no proper tracking available unless I download a separate app, and I received no helpful updates.
I also noticed that HoneyBug ships items through third-party partners, which makes me question the benefit of using their platform at all especially since some of these items are actually more expensive than on the partners own websites and take longer to arrive. To make things worse, customer service was unresponsive for several business days.
I appreciate the idea behind curated baby gifts, and Im still waiting to see how the packaging looks, but overall, this experience has not been worth the time or trouble.

My favorite brand for baby gifts! They are seriously the best and super nice.
I had to reach out to customer service once, and they went above and beyond to help me. :)

I placed an order on 2/7/2025 and as of now it has not shipped on 3/3/2025.
All phone numbers available are not in service, I have not heard back from any emails I sent. This was an order for an employee as a baby gift and over $200.
Frankly the fact I have to leave a review like this is awful.

- No response
