- - Over three years I’ve ordered three times and shipments were late.

In the past three years, I have ordered approximately three times and every time the order doesnt ship when it was supposed to. Customer service always answered my emails but when you are expecting an item in a reasonable amount of time, this doesnt fix the problem.
I am speaking of placing an order and then receiving it a month or more later.
Not ok when you are paying for shipping. I am giving up on this company which is too bad because they have really cute and special items for sale.

Order was placed 06/30 and was to ship the next day, per their website. Three weeks later, and only after two requests for the status of the order, I received a response.
Order finally received today but was not gift wrapped, even though this was paid for.
Horrible customer service and no QA at all. I would have given them zero stars if that had been an option.

Purchases a group gift box for coworker. Took 3 weeks to ship out and was incomplete.
Cant get a person to speak with, can only communicate via email and response time is poor. Order placed 6/25. It is now 7/30 and there are still items missing from order. How can they say they will package all in beautiful gift box when they dont seem to stock anything.
They are a middleman and a poor one at that. Son disappointed and embarrassed since I was the one organizing the group gift.

- - Phone numbers not in service and no emails heard back.
I placed an order on 2/7/2025 and as of now it has not shipped on 3/3/2025.
All phone numbers available are not in service, I have not heard back from any emails I sent. This was an order for an employee as a baby gift and over $200.
Frankly the fact I have to leave a review like this is awful.

If this had been a HoneyBug order, we would have immediately shipped the correct item at no charge and would have let you keep the original one as well. Unfortunately, there is another company online called HoneyHUG that has been misrepresenting themselves and confusing customers. We’ve received numerous complaints from people who believed they were purchasing from HoneyBug but were actually buying from them. In fact, many of the reviews here are from customers who unintentionally purchased from HoneyHUG, not us.
If your purchase was made through www.shophoneybug.com, please let me know - I’ll personally make sure it’s resolved right away. But based on what you described, I believe you may have the wrong company.
