Found a warm inside the straw
My four-year-old daughter was trying to open her juice when she realized that there was a worm inside the straw. I then proceeded to take the rest of the juices & I found another worm inside the straw of the juices.
I would like an explanation as to why this happened. Had my daughter not realized and yelled, we wouldn't have known, and she could have gotten sick.
- Finding a worm was disturbing
Preferred solution: Apology
Telling the what I believe to be the truth.
Anybody can tell that the water is toxic and must have come from some polluted River. Typical Coke brothers logic, if that's who makes it.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: wait until water is organic.
Allergies
I appreciate the call back, however It took 3 days and you seemed more concerned about protecting your money than someone's health. All I asked is a yes or no question if one ingredient is used, and I was treated like a spy on the company. If you cannot be honest, then I cannot be a customer nor an advocate.
User's recommendation: I wouldn’t make any recommendations
Messed up my engine - no refund
Beware!!!
I went in to get my water pump replaced, and they did replace the water pump, but I was taken advantage of in the process and left my vehicle in horrible condition when the work was complete.
First they tried to charge me for a drain and fill(which is included with the labor) plus a coolant flush which is simple redundant. This would have been an additional $110 of which I denied them.
They also charged me 200% the value of the water pump.
I know this because the service advisor proudly told me so. The price they paid for the water pump was $62, which I found was the same price AutoZone sold it for , but Honest 1 charge me $120. He also added that the shop has to make money too even though the labor was costing me $560.
To add insult to injury when the work was done I heard a winding sound from the water pump they just installed. They told me that the sound would go away by the next day.
It didn't, so I brought it in, and they "looked" at it. Then they told me it would be an extra $500 for them to adjust my timing when I never had a problem with my engine timing before I got the water pump installed.
Do yourself add stay away from this shop.
Don't be fooled by the name, they are far from honest. I paid $760 for my vehicle to be given back to me in the worst condition and was told of that I would not get a refund.
Preferred solution: A full or partial refund
User's recommendation: Stay away. Get your own parts.
Piece of Plastic Glove in Drink
I was a regular buyer of this companies teas and never had a problem. But today I was drinking one of their teas.
About halfway through i notice something floating in the tea. So I spit out the bit of tea that I drank and fish the foreign object out of the bottle. It looked like a finger off of a plastic glove. So I stopped drinking the tea and I probably won't buy another of their teas.
(Ignore this line. Just getting over pissed consumer's ridiculous 100 word minimum, which is very a n n o y i n g)
Live Maggot in Tea Product
We purchase our first (ever) of an Honest Tea Product. The Heavenly LemonTulsi, Caffeine-Free.Cooled them and opened the first one - there was a live maggot crawlingin the cap, with a spin hanging in the tea. Poured the tea out... the live worm wasmoving about (how is that even possible?). Place the maggot back into the bottle- figuring if it lived the first time it should livethis time. It did not. So now I had a dead maggot in a Honest Tea bottle....thatI returned to the Honest Tea Company. They said it was a 'post-distribution' problem. According to them, this was after the bottle left the plant.A bottle sealed at the plant, had a maggot crawl into the bottle and start a nest inside the bottle cap.I can hardly believe that. We are appalled at their casual attitude.
