Honda Turkey victimizes the customer.Who can I complain about Honda Turkey? I bought 2021 model Honda Civic Eco Elegance vehicle from Turkey/Diyarbak?r Kardelen Honda on 29/3/2021. On 26/5/2021, when the vehicle was at 752 km, I brought it to the service with the complaint of "fault lights are on". On 07/06/2021, they were called by the service and said that the gearbox and torque converter were defective and they would be replaced under warranty.Date of 8/06/2021 0850 7** ** By calling Honda Turkey Call Center on the phone, delivery of the defective ones and torque converter was not accepted and the new car was requested.Honda Turkey does not allow me to use my vehicle renewal right.Pressures me to accept the repair. Help me!
