They perform additional repairs to your car without providing the estimate and getting your approval and you will be surprised to see the bill when the car is ready for pick up. Car was taken just for oil change, the technician talked us into getting 9oK service done at $391.
Later he added more repair work to be done and got approval for another $336.
When the car was ready after 4 hours, the bill amount was $1170. the service manager and the technician claim that they have explained the additional repairs, but it is not ture and there is no proof of our approval for these additional repairs
