Ongoing issue with service

Ive been waiting for a part for my vehicle since November 16, 2023. When the part eventually came 8 and a half weeks later I was able to get the part installed.

However, on January 20th, 2024 I went into the establishment to get my radio, apple play and camera fixed. The mechanic was able to install the part but didnt have a code available to continue the installation. It is now January 31 and this issue still havent been rectified. I am very upset with the lack of attention I am getting in getting the work done on my car.

I have still continued to pay my car note on this leased vehicle but no one seem to be assisting me in a timely matter. I am very upset with this establishment and I dont think I will do business with them again. Honda will be losing a loyal customer in the near future.

We are going into February and this issue still hasnt been resolved. How hard is it for them to get a code from the manufacturer?
