Honda of Concord - poor service and missing item in car

Took my Honda in for the second recall for airbag inflator module, when I received the car back the glove box was hanging lower on the left and had been reinstalled incorrectly and I had a personal item from my glove box missing. This is not the first time that I had an issue with this service dept at Honda of Concord. I paid for a tire rotation and they did not do the rotation. When called out on it, the service tech admitted he did not rotate the tires. I am tired of being ripped off at Honda of Concord and having an item taken out of my car. The service advisor said there was nothing he could do about it and never offered to fix the glove box. I had a Master ASE tech fix the box at my expense. Look for another dealership for service because this dealership thrives on ripping the customer off.
