Honda Quezon Avenue re-installed damaged parts

i had my Honda City (with plate number NOV 813) repaired at Quezon Avenue last January 2016. This was so because I was hit by a Subaru SUV. It took Honda Quezon Ave 4 1/2 months to repair my car. When I finally got my car, I found out they did not check my back sensor so I had to return the car. But I was asked to pay for the back sensor which I should have not done because this was damaged as well when I had the accident. I also found out they just re-installed the damaged right rear mud guard. They probably thought I would have not noticed it. Also, the lid cover of the transmission shift lock was missing. So I had to call Manny Sarol again to inform I would return the car on Monday, June 6, 2016 to have my car fixed....again. I felt I was cheated by Honda Quezon Avenue. This has caused so much inconvenience on my part. After waiting for 4 1/2 months, the car is still not fully fixed. What a bad customer service they have.
