I ordered this prom dress. Right when I placed my order, it said it would send tracking information and a receipt to my email.
So I went to look and saw nothing! I then went back, and it said I needed a code to see my order details. I still haven't gotten one.
I really need this dress. I know I ordered yesterday, but you would at least think I would be able to see my order.

We ordered a dress and it didn't fit. I ordered from here because they said easy returns on their website.
What a lie. Many emails back and forth before they would give me a return shipping address. I have to test the shipping cost both ways which I was fine with. I returned the dress and still no money back.
So a month later, they have the dress and I have never received my money back. I email and email, but no return email.
There is no phone number for this company. Terrible customer service.
