Quality sucks

I am sick and tired of dealing with the poor quality of home zone products. I have dealt with their so-called warranty when they come out and tighten a couple screws. It was soon after I purchased the love seat and couch, the pieces of *** quit working. I will never purchase another product manufactured or sold by home zone. I am going to throw the love seat and couch in the trash. They are not even worth trying to sell.

Broken chair

I sat on my chair and the chair gave out from under me. The leg totally snapped, I need a phone number to get into contact with someone. I did submit my pictures requested from HOME ZONE.

My chair is faded on one side

I can not get anyone from Home zone to come out and repair my chair I was told in may this is the last week in this month I filed a claim January!!!

It took 6 months before I got a simple part that took 5 minutes to put in. I continually had to keep calling and email, and they would email back just to find out if I was still waiting on the part.

My daughter and I visited the store in San Angelo, TX Monday, December 27th. We looked at a chair that was priced $99. We said we'd think about it and return. Two sale associates said that was not a problem as many were in stock. I returned the next day and upon purchasing was told they were $199. I reiterated what I was told the previous day to the manager. She said it was only a black Friday sale, and would let her sale personal know. She refused to honor what I had been told. I have purchased 2 living room sets and a rug in the past. My daughter has also made numerous purchases. I will never shop your store again for not honoring what I was told, nor will my daughter and anyone else I will let know. Poor customer service!!

Ive been telling the store I purchased my couches from two months ago that my couches were not made right the long couch is going inwards and it is not made right and Ive submitted a warranty info and pics over to you guys but idk if yall them or not earlier because thats what the store told me I needed to do Im needing another couch to me but made right not slanting inwards

We fixed those bed ourself . Drawers was already attached w/front bed frame. We tried to open those drawers but its stuck not opening at all

I have waited 5 months to purchase the perfecto sectional because it was not available. I noticed it was in stock and called the Wichita Falls store to see if it was on display so I could come look at it . They said it was not on display and had no plans to put it on the floor. How am I suppose to purchase if I cant see the product to make sure it is what I want. I am a repeat customer but I am considering not purchasing any other product because of this.

The first power reclining sofa (the Romeo) was delivered incorrectly stood up on end , second the stitching was crooked all uneven, frame was all bent arms were about fall off fabric coming loose on all sections of sofa , they sent a tech out so bad he wouldnt touch it ,so homezone sent another Romeo sofa, that one came the same way , the delthth

Damaged Merchandise Left as a Drop-Off

I had my merchandise Dropped-Off at my residence DAMAGED.I understand the DropOff, but, Dropped Off DAMAGED, I don't understand. I love Home Zone Furniture, but, Saturday, 27 February, I was very disappointed with them. I did receive a text, but, the next time you deliver DropOff merchandise, make sure you're NOT leaving damaged merchandise. I spoke with Kathia on Saturday, I was half way pleased....I spoke with Alyssa on Monday,1 March... She really put a smile on my face. I spoke with her and she told me to let her investigate my order and she would call me back. I really didn't think she was going to call back, but, SHE DID. And I was so happy she was able to work me in to have my Chest delivered before the other original re-delivery date. THANK YOU ALYSSA. We spoke Monday 1 March, 2021 and I appreciate her very much for what she did for me. I hope she sees this note. For future customers, make sure you keep check in the time zone area of the DropOff OR Delivery.

Furniture is not fixed since it was first purchased

I purchased a wall unit, that I had to replace the whole unit twice and the door over 5 times I was told I would get a door last year in the first of December, it's now the middle of February and no one has called or emailed or said anything in regards to rectifying my situation. I guess it's not important enough that I spent over 2,000 for the unit of which almost half is paid off and Im still in need of a door.

Sectional is losing its color

We have only had this sectional with three recliners for 3 years. All the color is coming off the vinyl. There are only two of us and it doesnt get abused ever. The compartment between the two main recliners has literally fallen apart. All the vinyl on it is loose and tearing. We spent quite a bit of money on this and went back to purchase a chair. We have no problems with the faux cowhide chair just the sectional.
