The company followed up immediately, and today a manager Nathan came out to go over everything and we will have the work remedied once the nice weather comes. The company was eager to address and fix any problems or issues we had. Thank you for the assistance.

Signed up for MassSave energy assessment. HomeWorks Energy company came out and did a 2+ hour inspection.

Write up a proposal to seal up the foundation, to eliminate air leakage, and vent out a shower fan, and add 8 inches of insulation to attic. They sent Two guys, who I specifically, showed them we had 2 dual C/O & smoke detectors, and had a third one, as the inspection guy said if we provided our own, and moved our ceiling panels, those charges would come off. We did all this, they sealed Nothing. Put a new C/O detector up, despite being Told NOT To.

Didn't vent the shower fan. Our home is in shambles bc they were supposed to come back on Friday, canceled after the 9am time, now my apt is freezing bc the ceiling opened, I can't move the furniture again, then move it 2 more times, they're supposed to come Monday now, I won't hold my breath, and it feels like a big scam. They get free $$ from MassSave, and then a Portion from the homeowner, US, and do next to No work. Guys climbed on a chair in my basement, what No Ladder??

Left salty footprints on it. And now just waiting for someone to come and look.

Then they'll have to send a crew out again, meanwhile my house is a mess, and freezing. Be REAL Careful.

Preferred solution: My house fixed the right way

User's recommendation: Be Very careful, read reviews, take before and after pictures
