Theft of funds and ignorance

This company ( Owner Robin Welder) withdrew funds from my sons medicaid acct. She has refused to pay my healthcare workers.She wont answer phone calls nor the door of their so called "business". She also doesnt even realize people qualify for medicaid due to disability NOT just income. How can an OWNER of this type of company NOT know this? Certainly is ill informed as well as a thief.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is theft of FEDERAL funds.......She has had MANY opportunities to rectify this and has refused.
