Bad customer service

I ordered three items and one of my items did not come and when I try to track it FedEx let me know to contact sender because it couldn't be found I emailed them did not get a response called and spoke to a representative, and she let me know it would be fixed, and they would send me my item instead my card was charged again for one of the other items I had already received and did not wish to re-purchase also now I cannot reach the company I continue to email and call and cannot reach anyone to fix the mistakes and feel like I just got took an advantage of

User's recommendation: Don’t shop with them! if something goes wrong you will not be able to contact anybody to get it fixed so it will be your loss.
