On November 28th I talked to a woman at Homesmart and she upgraded my current plan. At that time she said I would be receiving a copy of the new plan via e-mail and/or mail (8295 Greenwood Drive, Mounds View, 55112).
I have not received anything as of today.
I would like a hard copy of what I signed up for. Thank you.

Verified ReviewerThey keep asking for money even after I told them to cancel twice
Scam. Absolute scam.
I couldn't even get anything fixed. The hold times are horrible, half the people that I do talk to are as confused as I am. I've finally had it and canceled my services after a 1 year contract. Called and paid off the rest of the year (Nov 2022) and specifically told them to not renew, and will be cancelling.
They said ok, and I thought that was it.
2 weeks later, I got a letter stating that they renewed our contract. What?? I called, again on hold for the longest time, and they said "Oh we send those out automatically! We still have you here as canceled!" Sure, why would I doubt that?
Well, just yesterday, I got an email asking for payment for December. I cannot be on hold again for something that you can't do right.
You're not paying for the time I'm wasting on you. I will be leaving 1 star reviews on every platform I can find to warn others about this scam.
- Call an actual repair service
- Avoid at all cost
- Just stay away from them
Preferred solution: Cancel my services!! I already paid you the whole year with nothing in return! I have wasted hours and hours and HOURS on the phone! Stop asking for money!
No reply
Nobody called or emailed me so I just called the 800 number and received the help needed. The email option didn't say it was for complaints.
I wasn't complaining. Pissed Off isn't my choice of professional email titles. No wonder you all don't reply to questions!
I just needed to know when I could cancel the service since I have new furnace, air and H2O. They said March.

Terrible worthless.
Not competent. Overpriced referral service.
Can not handle work that I was able to do myself. Wasted money thinking I would save time and ended up doing work on my own appliances myself anyway. Needs to be sued and brought down. Huge scam.
Not enough details to post this? Need more words? Their inept third party techs came out and instead of fixing my furnace, they tried to upsell me on duct cleaning. I had to fix my own furnace.
You need one hundred words here to post, really. What more can I say - avoid this *** service at all costs.
Why do you insist on wasting my time writing one hundred words when I was able to say what I wanted with much less? Point has been made.

When you call to cancel, the customer reps are rude. They will auto renew without your consent. Present day robbery.
Could not cancel service when we moved.
We moved out of the Xcel service area and did not even own the appliances once we moved, but the will not let you cancel! How *** is that?
Also the customer service representative was unbelievably rude on the phone. I would never recommend this plan!!!

I am having similar problem with Xcel Home Service. They fixed my AC last year with a wrong Fan that blows down ward instead of up.
The compressor now failed, and they offer $300 discount on a new system that cost about $4000 (completely up-charge).This is a scam, I have been with them for years (believe closed to 10 years). It's unfortunately that we have such a corporation that tried to avoid their liability and screw the small owner for pity money.
