Got burned with defective candle label
- - Exterior label melted and stuck to my finger, causing a burn.
- - Burn happened when blowing out the candle.
I used the candle and it everything seemed fine, BUT when I went to pick it up to blow it out, I didn't realize the exterior label was actually melted enough that whatever material it was made of clung to my finger causing a burn (not as serious as it could have been because I acted quickly in removing the material, but pretty scary when you realize something burned you and it is STILL burning you because it's stuck to your finger!). This seems beyond lame and unsafe and I'm really surprised this product would be allowed. The candle wax itself is in a glass cylindrical container, similar to many other candle products, but whatever label material they used is NOT safe for the purpose of a candle that gets lit!

Emailed 3 weeks ago and 2 other times since and absolutely no response regarding a defective product. No response to a social media message either and no one is ever available on their chat. First and last time customer.
