Damaged item received
Order number DUX01205**** (ordered through Debenhams) logistics order number 341****. Orchid in ceramic pot.
The pot is all broken, I cannot follow the return instructions on the dispatch note, no printer, and not near a Yodel shop. Could you possibly send me a return label so I could ask someone to help me to the post office with this very large box.
