I closed May 10. No Warrenty issues have been resolved.

I admit I was out of state for a week of that time. I have no hot water in my shower. A plumber appointment was to happen last Wednesday. I literately sat waiting 8-12.

He did not come or call. I notified the Warrenty people.

No appointment has been made for resolution to give me hot water in my shower. Its Saturday now.

Very poor workmanship and Company

AI Highlights
  • - Master shower not pitched properly.
  • - Wrong color tile in secondary bathroom.
  • - Shower door rattles.
  • - Wood 21 sq ft not installed.

DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM HOMES BY WESTBAY. They only want your money.

The shower was never pitched properly in master bathroom. Wong color tile was installed in secondary bathroom. Shower door rattles and shakes. Garage door track is sagging.

Breakfast nook light is not centered. My cooktop was scratched up terribly when we moved in. 21 sq ft of wood never got installed and we paid for this. Rain sensor doesn’t work.

The builder was notified of all these problems but refused to make any repairs. The tradesmen that work inside the are not very skilled. The construction manager is a joke. A construction manager is supposed to be managing the building process and checking and making sure the home is precisely what the home owner paid for.

There has been a high turnover of warranty repair people in 5 months.

In fact 4 warranty repair people have come and gone in 5 months. The situation is so bad that we are doing arbitration.
