I would like to have this issue solved today, I'm needing my money back today on my card! Needing my REFUND back to my card. I have done Cancelled my Subscription and it also says there is no card on File for Homer home schooling!!!

Verified ReviewerOn ph for 2 hours and could not get me a app downloaded and hung up on me, but took my credit card
On phone with YouTube TV for 2 hours and she could not set me up with a app and told me to call pioneer TV and get the app and pioneer couldn't do it either. YouTube TV took my credit card and did not cancel me and they are supposed to charge me on Feb 22, 2024. I do not have YouTube TV and CAN NOT REACH ANYONE TO CANCEL.

You all are refusing to refund me my two months of payments for a subscription that has been cancelled for two months. It is disappointing that you all have failed to verify subscription status before charging me for two months.
If I had never complained, you all will still continue to take payments.
I will continue to let people know that you all do not check status and will take your money. I need my refund as soon as possible.
