We ordered a sleeper sofa and the item that we received was quite different to the one advertised on their website. On top of that, one of the timber pieces from the sofa cracked and after multiple attempts to contact them to get a replacement, there is NO response or even acknowledgement of the complaint They don't answer emails or phone calls. This company is a scam!
