Homemaker Premium

I purchased a carton of homemaker Premium Juice with extra pulp, as I always do. 3 days after my purchase, the carton started swelling up under pressure.

Orange juice does that when it is going bad. I looked at the expiration date, and it says 09/12/2022. That is more than 2 weeks away, and now I have to pour a bad carton of juice down the drain. I have sent two emails prior to this one and gotten no response.

There is no Customer Service number on the carton. It is like they do not care about the customer or their experience. I love this juice a did buy a couple of cartons per week, but no more.

If they don't care about me or support me as a customer, then I will no longer care about them or support their product. Buy a different Brand

Purchased 4 moth old product unable to get a hold of distribution center or corporate officecheck expire fates

The jug exploded and there was juice all over kitchen and dining room it was a total disaster it was very upsetting and frustrating

I have been using the Homemaker premium orange juice with pulp for several years ! It seems the Pulp has virtually disappeared from the orange juice !

This has been going on for the past 8 months or longer ! I have complained to the company and was given a cpupon for 2 half gallon containers and was told that the situation would be looked into and addrrssed ! To date as far as i can ser nothing has neen done ! In my eyes imseeing this as a total missrepresentaion of their product at the very least false advertising.

! I am writing this letter to you to try and get the product onformation to the right person as my efforts have failed ! I dont know if its an overall problem or just the products being delivered to the north ? So again im writing your offices to see if we can get this priduct back to its old quality and taste !

My next course of action will be to write rhe Division of Consumer Affairs in Florida and the Governors office asking that they pass laws forcing the juice compnies to post the percentage of pulp being used in the product !

Im thinking thats the best alternative to prevent this reoccuring problem ! Thank you for your help on this matter !

Ive been using Homemaker Orange juice With Pulp for abput 3 years now ! Dont know whats happening spoke with a company rep who sent me some coupons but the problem is still the same !

If it wasnt for no pulp there wouldnt and isnt any pulp in the product !

I dont know if the company was sold or they are not hiring or training qualified people to handle the jobs , but apparently my complaints are falling on deaf ears ! They previously told me the would take care of this !,i am seriously disappointed at the latest quality of their product !
