Complaint? No hot water! I diagnosed a simple cartridge replacement and is a common problem regardless of brand. I have been searching google, duck duck go and Microsoft.
All dead ends like the model no. Does not exist. All I need is a Cartridge. Is this company run by zombies, are they a scam.
Where do go from here? This is common sense 101.
Where is the integrity? I am forced to advise my customers toward commercial supply houses again.

I bought this shower led display three years ago on Amazon (invoice attached) but now this display doesn't work...it doesn't turn on.
What could be the problem?
Would it be possible to replace the display and receive a new one with new sensors? Is the warranty still valid for this ?

This product has a three-year warranty. You guys sell multiple items from this company and I need some customer support immediately!
