Bad quality leads.
They dont want so many Realtors calling them. They also are deceived by the advertising. They think they arr getting an auotomated evaluation

Trying to figure out whether redwin actually gives any money to say, trump or the other ones, the collecting for all kinds of people I wonder if they just keep the money or if they give it to anybody
I would like to talk to redwind customer service, but I can't seem to reach 'em.
And I'm not giving you 5 bucks either. Probably connected with red wind. Somehow anyway bunch of craft goodbye

This company does not give leads to people no matter how hard you try. At least I didnt have to pay upfront.

I could not figure out why I could not get a call back on a referral from the company but then found out I had the HomeLight number blocked. I unblocked it and voila it worked.

Charged for another no show
This company charges you a monthly fee plus the cleaners. The cleaners never show up.
I had a bad accident and needed help every 2 week.
This has never happen. I have been a member 88 days and only had 4 cleanings because of no shows!!!

I didn't sign up for homelight
I never signed up for this. My email isn't even attached to this account but my number is. Which makes me believe someone signed me up without my knowledge.

I would like to talk to a supervisor. I do not want to talk to somebody at the call center.
Do not go through HomeLight contact 843-718-****. She will be happy to help you and communicate with you as a real person.
Preferred solution: I would like to get a phone call from a real life person preferably a supervisor or manager or even the CEO/president of HomeLight.
