Poor quality icemaker

My issue remains unresolved, Homelabs ignores my emails, which is the only way to contact them.I contacted the BBB in NY with no follow up. Don't purchase icemakers made by homelabs is my recommendation

Purchased portable Icemaker in 2022:it failed before the initial warranty expired, after countless emails to Homelabs I contacted the BBB. Finally in SEP of 2023 I was mailed a replacement Icemaker, a nugget type .

After 8 months the replacement also failed. even though the replacement Icemaker is under warranty Homelabs has refused to repair or replace it. I am further frustrated because you cannot contact this company by phone. Emails only.

I think they have inferior products and poor customer service. I don't recommend this shady company
