Poor quality icemaker

Purchased portable Icemaker in 2022:it failed before the initial warranty expired, after countless emails to Homelabs I contacted the BBB. Finally in SEP of 2023 I was mailed a replacement Icemaker, a nugget type . After 8 months the replacement also failed. even though the replacement Icemaker is under warranty Homelabs has refused to repair or replace it. I am further frustrated because you cannot contact this company by phone. Emails only. I think they have inferior products and poor customer service. I don't recommend this shady company
