Poor product support

Their seeds did not germinate. They only honor their product if you plant it using the paper towel method which I was not made aware of when I received it.
They also only advertise an 85 to 90% success rate.
I would not order from them again. I wonder how much the seeds cost them for them to just not do the right thing and replace the product like most every other customer focused company does.
I looked into the product guarantee and for them to honor it I basically would have had to video each step in the process of planting. I told them I planted them in seed pods and put those in organic soil. They said I was supposed to have used the "wet paper towel" method. I told them the product should have been wrapped in something to show that was the only way to make them work.
I missed the part in their advertisement that said they only had an 80-85% success rate.
They refused to replace or refund the purchase. I do not recommend this company due to poor quality product and poor customer service.
