This is an online business, They were plenty nice when I ordered a grill cover and happy to have me return it when it was the wrong size. Not so nice about refund. I finally had to report them to the better Business Bureau and even then they lied. Happy to take your money...just don't try to get it back. Poor poor customer service. Would not answer e-mails; would not return phone calls. You can never get them; you have to leave a message. Claim to be a legit business but it sure does not seem that way.
