Defective pulse-oxymeter

I purchased a defective oxyimeter and was told by customer service to return it for repair or replacement. I was told my oxymeter was discontinued and would be returned. I sent in my oxymeter on Feb 6, 2021 and as of today, May 19, have not received it. Furthermore, I paid over $100 for this device and need it for my copd. Instead of resolving this issue it appears I lost my oxymeter.

Abhorrent customer service

Simply put - HoMedics has ghosted me. I purchased a humidifier which is still under warranty less than a year ago. It stopped working - no lights, no noise - nothing! I contacted customer service and they asked for some info. I provided the info and ever since then I cannot reach them! I have tried calling, email and FB Messenger. It has been over 1 month since the inquiry began! Shame on you!

No customer service

HoMedics USA - No customer service
I live in Israel and have been an old and loyal Homedics customer for over 10 years, buying their lower-back-support and foot-bath products. Whenever I needed repairs Homedics referred me to their Israeli distributors, who said they could no repair them and forced me to buy new products. Ten days ago I wrote the company about a problem with my foot bath. They sent me an automatic reply saying, Representatives are working as quickly as possible to ensure your inquiry will be responded to, in the order they are received. We are here to ensure that your Homedics product is working to your satisfaction. Since then nothing, zilch. I have e-mailed twice more but they have ignored my messages.

User's recommendation: Avoid the prodcuts of companies that have no after-sales service.
