DOESN'T COMMUNICATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY
I REQUESTED PRODUCTS AND THEY WERE GREAT TO TAKE MY MONEY AND ORDER; BUT GETTING THE PRODUCTS AND COMMUNICATING WHERE ABOUTS IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY. NO ONE EVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS.
ALWAYS THE SAME SOB STORY. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET THE ITEMS BY A CERTAIN TIME FRAME AND IT WAS MORE THAN 10+ DAYS OVER. IF YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THEM! THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD BUT THE HEADACHE TO OBTAIN IT IS JUST NOT WORTH IT AND IF YOU HAVE A CLIENT WAITING: GOOD LUCK!
Home Decor Hardware Does Not Return Any Communication
I placed an order with Homedecorhardware.com on July 26th. I waited until August 24th to contact the company as I had not received my item.
I attempted to call their 877 number - no one answered and so I had to leave a message. The company did not return my call. Four days later, I went online and completed one of their online forms - again, no response.
So tonight I decided to contact the BBB and file a complaint. I sent the company an email as well, again detailing my complaint - Now I am currently waiting to see if that gets any response...
