Changed my monthly payments
- - Escrow was incorrect after two years and I had to pay $1200.
- - They kept my money for over a year and failed to send my statement this month.
I did not sign up with emc I was originally with homebank. Once emc took over the problems began
they told me the escrow (after two years) was incorrect and I had to pay $1200 to keep my mortgage payments the same. They took my money for over one year and then figured this out?
These people are chizzlers and I wish I could get away from them. In this economic mess its hard, even with good credit to secure a new loan. I will make every effort though-just so they dont get any more money from me. I hope I save at lease one person from ending up with them. This month they failed to send my statement so now I am on here trying to locate their office. unreal!
Save yourself shop around, go to your local bank-beware!!
