All the perfect words in all the right places to get you to sign up and cover their backs. No leads.
Terrible software. Of no use to anyone. Home Value Leads is a scam and everyone that has used it knows it. If you find a good review, it is them creating accounts and performing their own reviews.
Not a credible company with any values. I bet the creator has several scam sites like this that he runs from his mother's basement.

HVL literally provide a website seconds after signing up. As you know, traffic doesn't magically land on a website.
Like any website, its up to the user to drive traffic to the site in order to get leads. Looking at your account, you opened all the best use emails we send shortly after signing up which include free and paid methods to drive traffic. One of them even told you how to setup advertising within your account. Since you did none of what we recommended, you received no traffic so obviously no leads.
Also not sure why you would contact us through a 3rd party site that we obviously dont check requesting to cancel your account when you could have just have canceled your site from within your account dashboard.

Complete Lack of Support for Degradation of Our HVL Site!
- - HVL showed only price; show sold was off, misreporting a sale.
- - Support cancelled service; they switch to Top Producer's Market Analysis.
I happened to notice that our HVL site, which previously had a lot of good info for our clients, was showing nothing more than the price. Contacted support and they said the "show sold" button had been turned off (not by me...) so I turned it on.
It showed one sold home for $60,000 that actually sold for $400k +. I contacted support about this and they said that I would need to contact whoever provided the information about the error. I wrote back and said I didn't know who that might be. They said they didn't know either.
I wrote back and said, "unless you can help solve this problem we're going to have to cancel our service." The response was "we have cancelled your service." Our site had turned into absolute junk that hurt us more than helped us - and the attitude of the support team was despicable!
We are going to Top Producer's Market Analysis product! Do not use this service - and if you do, CHECK YOUR SITE FREQUENTLY to make sure it hasn't degraded!!!

I’m glad, but discouraged to find these reviews. I signed for their newsletter, page popped up saying no longer taking submissions.
I requested demo three separate times using different email address, NEVER got the link they said was sent to me for demo. I feel like I’m making money by not have ever given them any.

Look out for Home Value Leads. I found that their customer service and product is terrible. I'm disputing their charge on my card and this is the response Eric@***.com sends me:
"we are replying because you emailed in - if you disputed the charge though we will just reply to the dispute and win like we always do ;)"
They overcharged me and failed to deliver, and instead of handling it correctly they mock me and make fun in a public forum. Don't be fooled. Disappointed to say the least.
I got the same thing. Good thing is that I have ninjas that will make sure all this gets out there above his rankings online.
In about 2 to 3 weeks the real reviews of his company will be above his own website ranking. So customers can see what and how they will be treated.
