As of 3/7/2020 this is not resolved and the notations that it is are false.

If you buy their product(s) you will regret it. SERIOUSLY.

I am more saddened that Amazon stood behind the product even though "several" customers had the same complaint - $600+ kitchen island splitting (3-4" on top) on both ends. 30 day warranty - didn't think to check before purchase because it was backed by Amazon. If it wasn't a big ticket item I would take it in stride - $600 is a lot of money for a 30 day return/refund that was *** putting together.

They are smart - by the time you get it put together (between missing parts, mismatched pieces) the return/refund window is closed and its so heavy it would cost about $300 to ship back~

Also, this company and Wayfair are associated and I know someone who got a fabric covered product that was infested with bed bugs. It was determined someone had it - returned it - they resold it &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; the final recipient was just screwed out of their money because they of course don't provide extermination services!!

Where did you get parts for home style furniture I need a wood piece no help from these *** thanks if you can help don’t buy any products or you will be very sorry if something breaks no help no parts part of flexsteel Corp they just don’t care the lady in Louisville Kentucky told me bassiccaly just go purchase a new island for another $900.00 phone no. 187******** good luck

It's nobodies' job to "tell you" anything. You must investigate and draw your own conclusions.

You must also cease and desist with attempting to handle situations like this over the phone.

You must compose a formal letter of complaint and serve it via Certified Mail return receipt requested ; you have then established an unassailable timeline with acceptable evidence of your efforts when presented in small claims court. No phone, no e-mail, no text messages ; do not place or accept any and keep copies of all correspondence and postal receipts.

Just went through the same with customer no service if you don’t assemble within 30 days of purchase.they will not replace or they won’t even sell you any parts this co is a part of flexsteel corporate???

I wrote a bad review last week , I wrote several messages and called went to HD store talked to Mgr. .

On 9-10-19 I received a call from Tanisha from their Louisville Kentucky office. I called very nice and she did a great job by sending my missing piece for kitchen island product arrived 9-12-19 I’m putting it together today thanks

July 2014 I purchased a 1500.00 game table with four chairs for our summer home. The first time my husband sat in one of the chairs the caster broke through the bottom of the wood leg rendering the chair non usable. I called the company to get a replacement part and they informed me that this item was discontinued and they were sorry for the inconvenience.

This was a new purchase we put together, then left for our permanent home, flew back up for Christmas used the chair one time and it broke!

I've been going round and round with the service desk at Home Style Furniture and they will not make this right! Its one thing if this purchase was a 200 purchase, but it was $1,500.00......

They could offer a discount on another set of chairs that aren't defective, find a part that will work, something. But they won't. They said they only had a 30 day parts replacement policy. No where in the paperwork, that was sent with the chair, is it written that I only had 30 days to get parts. What kind of a policy is that??? Most all policies give you a year for replacement parts....30 days? They must sell a lot of defective merchandise that will not hold up much longer that 30 days.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SELL CHEAP STUFF MADE IN CHINA!

Costermer be WARE on home style furniture they do not and will not offer you any assistance on any missing or damaged parts after 30 days of purchase we spent over $900.00 US dollars . Called multiple times lady basically said we don’t have any parts available at any time ,have no parts department.DO NOT BUY before you call customer service 187* *** **** Louisville my we bought monarch kitchen island 20 0**** **** pleas do your homework buyer bewarwe
