Failed to issue refund. Won't reply to emails
Solar Mole Repellant was ineffective, so I obtained a return authorization. It said to return via the carrier of my choice.
A week later, after I shipped at my own expense, they sent me a prepaid shipping label.
They received my return on 7/26, and I have yet to receive a refund, so I am out the cost of the product, plus the shipping. Repeated emails to customer support have gone unanswered.

Will not respond to emails after failing to provide refund
Solar Mole Repellent failed to have any impact on my mole problem. Company provided an RMA, at my request. Over a month has passed, since they received my return, and no refund, and no reply to emails.

Products ordered- never received
Items ordered on Jan 31, 2023 never received. Website states ships in 3 - 5 days.
Credit card charged on 2-1, they sent an email on 2-2 attempting to get me to increase my order--doesn't show it ever shipped.
I attempted to contact by phone, no response -- email sent on Feb 22 requesting information as to when I would receive items, received response Feb 22 we will investigate and get back to you soon. Now March 7- no product and no response.

Rip off, failed to refund
I ordered 1 product, was sent 3 charged for three, but the email invoice only showed 1. I returned the product for a refund, their phone number does not work.
Found another number and left a message. Now that number does not work. Sent emails, got an email response, "we will look into it". Now the email at their support address is no longer valid.
I did not get a refund from the seller. I did go thru my credit card company and disputed the charge.
Do not buy or deal with this company.
